Can you supply references?
We are more than happy to supply references from our client list. In fact we encourage it. We have excellent rapport with our customers because we listen, take individual requirements in to consideration and offer a flexible personal approach. Once we have met with you we will provide a professional references list so that you can talk to our existing customers, or alternatively take a look at 'what our clients say'.
What is the process if I want a quote for my business premises?
Just give us a call and we will arrange to meet you at a time that is suitable for you. We will discuss what your requirements are (e.g the frequency of clean you want, external, internal etc). We will then take a look at all areas discussed. We will assess your building for any difficult access points and potential risks. After this we will recommend the best and safest method of cleaning your building’s windows. We will forward a written quotation within 2 days and once agreed we will forward a risk assessment, method statement and any other documentation you require prior to starting works.
We use a window cleaner that still uses ladders on our premesis as we are only two floors high. Are we breaking the law?
It is not illegal as such to use ladders, however since the HSE has revised it’s laws for work at height, extra responsibilities have been placed on businesses that for contract others to work on their premises. This includes your window cleaner. You will need to show that a risk assessment has taken place and measures have been taken to avoid these risks. It is also worth noting that work at height is always dangerous whether that be only one floor or ten floors high.
Do you offer a Guarantee?
All our work is guaranteed. In the unusual event that you are not satisfied we will return to assess the issue immediately.
Are the methods you use for window cleaning more expensive?
We feel that you can not put a price tag on safety but within the window cleaning industry there is a great deal of diversity in what is charged. From one man bands to larger companies there will always be some disparity in costs. We offer a professional service and believe that we cost honestly and fairly. We are a small office do you only take on large contracts?
Although many of our clients are large establishments we also cater for lots of smaller premises too.
Will we be tied in to a contract?
Not all of our work is contractual. Should you choose to use us for one off or infrequent cleans that is fine. If you do choose to use us for a regular service we will agree on our terms and conditions but you will not be tied in to a contract, so we can be as flexible as you require.
